When you log into the Penny Inc cardholder App, you can view the available balance on your card. Click 'Request Funds' to send a request to your company's administrator to add additional funds to your card.
Enter the reason for your request, the amount, a project code if applicable and any additional notes. Click send.
The Transactions tab will display a list of all purchases made on your card. The transaction detail will display in real-time as soon as the purchase has been made.
Tap the transaction to go into the detail, where you can photograph a copy of the receipt, and add any additional details such as project or cost center codes.
From the Profile tab you can enable and disable your card for additional security when it's not in use. You can also change your password.
